Browse the catalog and add anything that fits your gathering: games, machines, tables, the works.
Send your request.
Choose your event date, tell us where the party is, and send it over. Takes about two minutes.
We confirm.
Deborah personally checks availability and follows up by email or phone. Replies come on weekdays between 9am and 2pm.
Pay your invoice.
Once your date is confirmed, you'll get a secure invoice by email (we use Stripe). Your deposit holds the booking; the balance is due by the date on the invoice.
Sign the rental agreement.
One simple agreement covers you for a full year of rentals. Sign once and repeat bookings get even easier. Read every word before you ever commit.
You pick up, you celebrate.
Give everything a quick once-over at pickup and tell us immediately if anything isn't right. Then enjoy your event.
You return it, the hold clears.
Bring everything back clean and complete. Once it checks out, the card hold on your equipment is released.
About the card hold
Before we release your equipment, we run a card authorization covering its replacement cost and any cleaning fees. It is a hold, not a charge: nothing is billed unless equipment comes back dirty, damaged, or not at all. The hold is released once everything is returned clean and damage free. It's how a small business can rent nice things at fair prices, and it disappears when your rental comes home safe.
Cancellations & rainchecks
- 7 or more days out: Cancel 7 or more calendar days before your pickup date and everything you've paid, deposit included, comes back in full within 3 business days.
- 6 days or fewer: Cancel inside that window and your deposit and any payments become a raincheck, good for one year from the date you cancel toward any future rental.
- Rained out: Weather works the same way. Call it off early enough and you get your money back; call it later and you keep the value as a raincheck.
Rather not cancel? If weather moves your party indoors, tell us prior to pickup and we'll swap any yard game for any two board games from our list, at no extra cost.
